Last February 3, 2023, some of our students went to the municipality of Silang to experience the "Sumilang Festival," a three-day festival held every February 1-3 to give thanks for a fruitful harvest and to honor the municipality's patron, "Nuestra Señora De Candelaria." Our student, Jake, was assigned to do field reporting to give us brief information about the local town festival and the Candelaria Church.
